Keely E. Duke
Keely Duke is a shareholder at Hall Farley and has been with the firm since 1999. Ms. Duke is an experienced and tenacious trial attorney who devotes herself to defending companies, employers, and individuals in business disputes and in medical malpractice, legal malpractice, employment, insurance bad faith, and product liability/medical device litigation. Ms. Duke has tried cases in all of these specialties.
Since joining the firm, Ms. Duke has amassed an impressive trial record during this age of the “vanishing trial,” having tried numerous cases throughout Idaho in both state and federal courts. This trial experience has earned her the reputation of being one of Idaho’s elite women trial lawyers. In addition, Ms. Duke has participated in a number of appeals before the Idaho Supreme Court. She is also currently serving as an arbitrator in a wrongful death case.
In recognition of her achievements as an experienced trial lawyer, Ms. Duke has been selected by her peers to be included in the 2009 and 2010 editions of The Best Lawyers in America in two categories, Medical Malpractice Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation. She has also been included in “Chambers USA America’s Leading Lawyers for Business” and is praised in that publication for her “sheer hard work, great organization, diligence and determination to fight tooth and nail for her clients.”
